Il lavoro agile nella pubblica amministrazione
26 maggio 2017-Lo smart working approda alla pubblica amministrazione con l’approvazione della direttiva in in cui vengono precisate le linee guida per guidare l’accordo tra datore di lavoro e dipendente. Ad applicare la direttiva saranno tutte le amministrazioni pubbliche statali e potranno beneficiare dello smart working tutti i dipendenti, in quanto non è stata esclusa preventivamente alcuna categoria o tipologia contrattuale.
Nell’invito a preferire la sperimentazione di questa nuova forma lavorativa come possibilità ulteriore al telelavoro, viene comunque ribadito quanto sia necessaria una riorganizzazione completa: dal luogo in cui svolgere il lavoro, all’uso e alla diffusione di tecnologie digitali indispensabili per il lavoro a distanza, fino all’introduzione di forme di controllo e di accordi che definiscano la reperibilità del dipendente. Perché inoltre lo smart working non risulti essere un mezzo attraverso cui estromettere i dipendenti, ai dirigenti è richiesta la promozione di misure (da intendersi come percorsi formativi, informativi e progetti) che permettano ai lavoratori smart di restare in contatto continuo con il contesto lavorativo di cui fanno parte.
L’obbiettivo che ci si propone è quello di ottenere che, alla fine del periodo di sperimentazione, almeno il 10% del personale possa utilizzare la formula del lavoro agile.
