02-03-2022 – RICHIESTA SPID PER I MINORENNI
Finalmente anche i minorenni potranno essere in possesso dello SPID e accedere così ai servizi digitali offerti dalla Pubblica Amministrazione. Lo SPID è un sistema di credenziali che individua il cittadino, darà la possibilità così ai minori, con età superiore ai 14 anni, di accedere ai servizi digitali della Pubblica Amministrazione, e a quei minori con un’età compresa tra i 5 e i 13 anni, di utilizzarlo solo per i servizi scolastici. Ad esempio i minori con un’età superiore ai 14 anni potranno usare lo SPID per controllare i punti della patente per i ciclomotori.
Una volta che avranno compiuto 18 anni, saranno i ragazzi a scegliere se tenerlo oppure se revocarlo.
Ovviamente saranno i genitori a richiederlo, dimostrando l’identità del minore e quella del genitore stesso. Verranno creati due codici: uno che spetterà al genitore e l’altro, che sarà invece un codice di verifica, spetterà al minore. Il ragazzo minore dovrà inserire il codice di verifica ricevuto dal genitore, solo dal quel momento l’identità digitale andrà a riconoscere il minore. Successivamente il genitore riceverà un avviso. Il genitore dovrà essere a conoscenza di quando e come sarà usato lo SPID e potrà inoltre decidere di revocare l’identità digitale del minore.
