08/06/2022 – Congedo matrimoniale 2022
Dal 23 maggio è possibile inviare la domanda per ottenere l’assegno per il congedo matrimoniale, direttamente dalla piattaforma “Hub delle prestazioni pensionistiche”.
Possono percepirlo i lavoratori disoccupati e non in servizio per un periodo di 7 giorni in occasione di un matrimonio civile, concordatario o unione civile. Solo il matrimonio religioso non è incluso. Potrà essere erogato a quei lavoratori disoccupati e che, nei 90 giorni antecedenti al matrimonio, abbiano lavorato per almeno 15 giorni in aziende industriali, artigiane o cooperative. O lavoratori che con regolare rapporto di lavoro, non siano in servizio per giustificati motivazioni. Se entrambi i coniugi possiedono questi requisiti, tutti e due hanno il diritto a percepirlo.
La domanda potrà essere compilata online e si potrà farne richiesta entro un anno dalla data del matrimonio.
Durante la compilazione, si dovranno fornire le seguenti informazioni:
- Anagrafica e residenza;
- Dichiarazioni, dovranno dichiarare quindi:
- Di avere i requisiti per richiedere il congedo;
- Essere residenti in Italia prima del matrimonio/unione civile e acquisire lo stato di coniugato in Italia;
- non aver lavorato in Italia o all’estero alla data del matrimonio e per tutto il periodo della prestazione;
- essere richiamato alle armi alla data del matrimonio o unione civile; (si compila solo se il richiedente si trovava sotto le armi)
- percepire indennità per inabilità temporanea da infortunio erogato dall’INAIL alla data del matrimonio.
- Informazioni per accredito pagamento, indicando se effettuarlo su un IBAN oppure tramite bonifico presso le Poste;
- Riepilogo dati domanda;
- Le mie richieste.
L’importo dell’assegno equivale a 7 giorni di retribuzione, 8 giorni se si tratta di lavoratori marittimi.
