Nuovi Voucher, oggi la fiducia in Senato
15 giugno 2017- Fiducia oggi in Senato per i nuovi voucher: il “libretto famiglia” e il “contratto di prestazione occasionale” (PrestO) saranno dunque disponibili per famiglie e aziende. “ La norma risponde alla necessità di dotare l’Italia di una regolamentazione seria del lavoro occasionale, che consenta di combattere il lavoro nero e difendere i diritti dei lavoratori”- afferma la Ministra Finocchiaro, titolare dei Rapporti con il Parlamento, soprattutto in vista delle assunzioni stagionali dell’estate 2017. I dubbi restano comunque tanti, considerando di quanto la nuova disciplina del lavoro occasionale nelle aziende manchi di coperture in caso malattia, maternità, ferie e disoccupazione.
