PENSIONE ANTICIPATA DONNE – OPZIONE DONNA
Sarà possibile, per le lavoratrici andare in pensione anticipatamente, presentando la domanda e beneficiare così dell’Opzione Donna. È possibile farne richiesta tramite: il sito dell’INPS, accedendo sempre con lo SPID, CNS o CIE, recandosi presso dei Patronati o telefonando al numero verde 803164.
Ma quali sono i requisiti per poterla richiedere?
- L’opzione Donna è rivolta alle lavoratrici disoccupate, a lavoratrici che assistono persone con handicap in situazione di gravità e lavoratrici con invalidità civile dal 74% in sù;
- L’età della lavoratrice deve essere di 60 anni, mentre per i contributi sono di 35 anni maturati entro il 31 dicembre 2022;
- Se la lavoratrice possiede un figlio, l’età si abbassa di un anno, quindi si potrà richiederlo con 59 anni, se possiede due figli, l’età per farne richiesta sarà di 58 anni;
- Per le lavoratrici licenziate o dipendenti da imprese in crisi, l’età per richiederlo sarà di 58 anni e 35 di contributi maturati sempre entro il 31 dicembre 2022, a prescindere dal numero di figli.
